About tumtum

The tumtum is the first product of its kind. It was made specifically to support babies and caregivers during tummy time. Our custom-made wedge is sturdy and crafted with environmentally friendly dense foam and covered with a faux-leather cover for easy wiping. The tumtum is affordable, transportable, and will help promote more tummy time, wherever baby goes, leading to more time in this most important position.

The tumtum is appropriate for pre-crawling babies of all ages, offering a gentle support to help make this important position less stressful and more fun for both babies and their caregivers.

After decades of treating babies in various clinical settings, Dr. Mirav was on a mission to create the perfect wedge for tummy time - an accessible baby product that parents would be able to use at home with their infants to promote wellness and help work towards milestones. Dr. Mirav created the tumtum to give parents and caregivers everywhere an easier way to get their babies on their tummies in a way that makes them comfortable enough to stay there, happily!
Dr. Mirav is an actively treating Pediatric Physical Therapist and has two offices in Brooklyn, NY. She is excited to offer the first ever household product for tummy time!
