Calling all expecting, new, and experienced parents!

The Westchester Mama & Child Wellness Expo: Due, New, and You! will take place on Sunday, November 5th from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. at the beautiful Hotel MTK, conveniently located in Mount Kisco. This event is a collaboration between Macaroni KID Armonk - Chappaqua - Mount Kisco - Pleasantville and Rock-a-Bye-Baby Sleep.

This one-day, large-scale event will provide resources and hands-on support, building community and connection between parents, experts, and service providers in the parenting and child wellness space to promote the importance of maternal physical and mental health.

Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with vendors specializing in a variety of disciplines (across mental health and PMADs, occupational therapy, physical therapy, potty training, individualized sleep support, lactation support, picky eating support, pelvic floor therapy, fertility and reproductive therapy, infant massage, parent coaching, cooperative play, and more), choose from expert-led breakout sessions, participate in hands-on activities (in breathwork, mindfulness, Pilates, acupuncture, massage, and others), and spend family time in the Kids' Zone enjoying face painting, live music, story time, sensory and art play, building, and STEAM demonstrations!
